    Getting to Know you

    We always start with a phone call. You have met us, now we want to hear all about you, your travel goals, personal preferences and lifestyle. Whether you have a destination in mind or need help deciding, we’ll discuss the general ideas for your trip. If it makes sense to work together, we will collect your personal details and engagement fee.

    We then get to work designing a tailor-made itinerary that reflects everything we’ve learned about you. This is a collaborative phase where your feedback helps us design just the right trip for you. Some travelers love to be immersed in every aspect of the design process while others enjoy a more hands off approach.

    Locking it in

    Once you are happy with our proposal and budget, we will be hard at work behind the scenes, securing all your lodging and land reservations, and adding all those special touches that will make your journey a seamless and luxurious dream. No detail is left to chance

    Concierge & lifestyle

    We love food and we love to pamper you. Our dedicated concierge and lifestyle team will take care of booking your restaurant reservations, spa and wellness, and other lifestyle requests.

    Quality Control

    Once everything is locked in, we will deliver your itinerary on a web-based platform, which is accessible to you in real time while you travel. Before your departure, we obsessively reconfirm all the details under your itinerary. We will also schedule a call to walk you through the itinerary and make sure you are set to jet!
