Travel Design Services

We work with our clients either on a trip-by-trip basis or on an annual membership basis for those seeking comprehensive long term travel planning solutions.  For memberships, please inquire here

For individual trips our services include:

  • Initial trip consultation where we gather information about your travel goals, style and preferences; we will also brainstorm ideas with you if you are unsure where to go

  • Personalized itinerary proposal including access to bespoke and unique experiences, and up to 3 revisions to our initial proposal

  • Collaborating with you to fine-tune and define experiences within your itinerary

  • Securing all of your hotel and land reservations (transfers, activities, and any other personalized experiences) to make your journey seamless and unforgettable

  • Personalized dining and lifestyle recommendations; securing reservations for restaurants, sporting events, theatre, and other local happenings

  • Delivery of your itinerary in a web-based platform accessible via your mobile device in real time


Engagement Fees

Before we start planning your trip, we schedule a call to learn about your travel preferences and goals.  We then collect a non-refundable engagement fee of $1200 per trip for up to 4 travelers and up to 7 nights; additional nights and travelers are charged at $75 and $150, respectively.  In the event that you decide to change destinations after a trip is already under deposit, this will result in our collecting a full engagement fee for the new destination.


Itinerary Pricing

We are experts in private and unique luxury experiences, and we work primarily with five-star properties and suppliers. All of our itineraries are completely curated for each one of our clients. Our Travel Designers take great care in visiting and researching each of the destinations that we recommend to ensure that your trip is memorable and seamless. On average, our trips generally begin at $1,000 per person per day. 


Securing Travel

Prices and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is received per the terms of the suppliers. Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are sent.   Quotes in a foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and International credit card issuer fees.

Arrangements with hotels and local suppliers are secured with your credit card; Lux Voyage provides all relevant payment information and cancellation policies. Client is responsible for any fees or penalties applicable for any changes or cancellations on confirmed itineraries. Lux Voyage is in no way responsible for such fees or penalties.



Commercial Airfare

Commercial airfare booked by Lux Voyage incurs an Airfare Ticketing Charge per traveler as follows:  

  • $25 / Per Person or $50 per group on the same itinerary

  • $150 / Award Travel Ticketing

As a Frosh-affiliate, Lux Voyage has access to contracted rates available only to Frosch affiliates. Savings are most enjoyed with the purchase of Business/First Class airfare and are not guaranteed.


Travel Insurance

We highly recommend you obtain travel insurance to protect your investment. Lux Voyage assumes no liability for cancellation fees or non-refundable trip costs.
